  1. We are PROUD of our children: Our children are at the heart of everything we do.  Their positive attitudes and ambitions make us so proud of their achievements. We work together to help them become confident, resilient and independent.
  2. We are PROUD of our classroom staff: Our team of teachers and classroom support staff are committed to ensuring that all our children are safe, valued and supported to learn in and outside of the classroom.  Effectively delivering an inspiring curriculum that is rich and exciting.
  3. We are PROUD of our support staff: Our experienced team of support staff ensure our schools run smoothly daily. They play a vital part in supporting senior leaders and teaching staff and are committed to supporting our vision.
  4. We are PROUD of our parents: Parents are our valued partners; we share the aim of encouraging our children to grow.  Our schools have great parental engagement, we are so proud that our parents show up and get involved and enjoy their child’s learning journey.
  5. We are PROUD of our communities: Our schools are at the heart of their local communities.  We are proud of how our communities, including our volunteers, engage with our schools, working together to help our children grow and contribute to life in their local community.
  6. We are PROUD of our schools: Our schools provide a positive and supportive learning environment where children feel safe, happy and are keen to learn.
  7. We are PROUD of our leaders: We have an exceptional leadership team who are committed to developing and nurturing to the highest level the talents and aspirations of our children, our schools, and the wider Trust community.
  8. We are PROUD of our governance: We have an excellent team of enthusiastic and committed directors and governors across the trust who are essential for the effectiveness and success of our schools.
  9. We are PROUD of our achievements: We celebrate the achievements of our schools, staff and children. Encouraging them to be ‘learners for life’ and recognising the hard work and dedication needed to reach these goals.

  10. We are PROUD of what makes our children PROUD: To mark our 10th birthday and highlight our focus on high-quality writing, we invited our children to share their thoughts with us on ‘What makes you proud?’ and ‘What makes you proud of your school’.

Here are some of their responses…

‘When I am proud, I smile.  Feeling proud is a happy feeling.  I am proud of me because I have my friends.  I am proud when I do things right.’

‘Every day I come in, watching children play and laugh, then I notice colourful flowers trailing across the well-built path.’

‘I am proud of myself because I can help other people.’

‘Pride can be shown in many different ways, making me smile or have a jolly sunny soul.  Even though there are numerous different reasons to be proud, the most important of them all is to be proud of who you are!’

‘I am proud to be me because I am respectful and independent.’

‘I am proud of the kind teachers that help me through everything!’
